Definition of Authenticity Guarantee
PERKKART’s Intellectual Property Rights Policy applies to all items listed and sold on the platform. All products must be authentic and sold on the platform in compliance with Intellectual Property rights.

What happens when a seller is found to have breached this policy?
Any seller who is found to be in breach of the Intellectual Property Rights Policy may be issued up to 16 non-compliance points. For more information on non-compliance points, please refer to Non-Compliance Points Policy
